Insomnia

I can't stand it anymore. I'm up all night, tired all day. I've tried everything from Ambien, Rozarem, Lunesta and some other stupid new drug the doc gave me, but they're all crap. It's like I just can't shut my mind off when I want to, and if I do fall asleep, God help me if I have to get up to pee, because it's all over then.

	Boy do I know this problem.... Have you tried Melatonin it is an herbal supplement(sorry Indian head straight for the herbs first) another one that is good is Fever Few it is a beautiful yellow flower but great at helping you sleep and gets rid of headaches too try looking at a GNC for these.....Bobbi
