I've found a fabulous house that we could move to if we could get together the deposit/agent fees. Queue me panicking and thinking about all these ways to make ourselves some extra money to get things together to move into the new house and hoping and praying that we'd be able to get the money together as it would be perfect.

3 Bedrooms, front and back gardens, nicer area away from main roads etc and we can afford the rent but we'd need Ł1000 or so to move which isn't too bad as we'd get Ł700 instantly back from our deposit here.

I've just remembered I'm waiting for a cheque to come back from the tax people which should be about Ł700!!! which means we'd need to spend a couple hundred pounds to move in which is completely do able!
