| has effectively lost her job. They've been real knobs about it too. Basically they've had their funding changed (its a charity) and they cna't afford to keep her anymore, but rather than dissolving her job and paying her redunancy they're trying to make her quit. So she's on the job hunt. One of the jobs she's applying for is to be the area manager of all staff training for hampshires kfcs!
It sounds a bit weird tbh my mum working for kfc but she's not got to do anything with the actual 'resturants' and i think it's something she'll really enjoy actually.
I hope she gets it she's effectively been bullied out of two jobs now. One place half the staff left because the management bullied my mum. Basically some bitch of a woman said my mum was spreading rumours about her when the woman she spoke to even said she hadn't said anything about anyone just said some people had been stealing bags throughout the college, so they had to be careful with their bags.
Now this job are saying it's her fault a drunk student climbed out the window onto the roof. Wtf was she supposed to do go out and wrestle them in?? |

I don't think that its terribly polite trying to get her to quit so they can save even more money and not doing the fair and decent thing by telling her that her job is being lost to restructuring, here is a timeframe and you will be getting a small redundancy payout at such and such date.
