life sucks sometimes

so basically i am not feeling myself lately i am trying to figure out if i am depressed i read the facts online and i fall into alot of the catagories such as insomnia sadness anger guilt just to name a few. i dont understand why i am sad but i am tired of it and sometimes it feels like i will never be happy again. i just wanted to get all of that out in a short version. i feel like i would be bothering anyone to talk about it with them so i figured i would post about it where people could either read it or not.
