Ok, so I live in England and I'm not sure how many of you lot live here too. But if you do can you please tell me if it is the same where you are.
It seems at the moment that everyone is getting martried or having babies. One of my close friends is getting married in May and she flatly rufuses for me to say no to the invite...which means I have to get a dress...and I will have that dreaded +1 on my invitation. One of my other friends is also getting married next year, and god do I hope that I book a holiday for that date.
Three people are pregnant in my office and two people have just had babies. So they have all brought in their new borns, which has started off all the baby talk and 'cooing'. "Oh how big was she?" "was it a good birth?" "He has your eyes". Don't get me wrong I love kids, I have two nephews and I love them to bits...but I can also give them back at the end of a hard day.
I personally don't want to get married myself, not for any harsh reason just because I'm not particularly religious and I don't believe it changes anything in a relationship. To me it's kind of just a piece of paper that gives you a different title.
Oh, I'm ranting now...so I'll stop, but please if anyone knows what has happened in England that all these young people are getting married and having babies all at the same time of year, let me know!!!

I just wanted to say hello really. It says on my profile under Journal that I have no life, and I really didn't like that. So I thought I would post this so that would disappear. At the moment there is so many things I could talk about but I don't have alot of time....work calls  So I'll just say....you may find my future journals highly entertaining or intensely irratating, either way I'm still gonna do them....so have a nice day! x
