What the fuck, you need me to describe a journal to you?
Public entry Human contact

What is it? I seem to crave human contact, i spend all my time watching youtube videos, reading posts on here and talking with people online.
what is it? i'm going f***ing mental thinking about it.
why can't i just be happy to be on my own, read a book, do my work and get on with life.
I don't care to be with my family all that much, well not strictly true, i don't care to sit with my mum and sister, i still like visiting my gran and granddad but....

I'm not sure what this journal is about.
feel free to post lolcats and discuss the many virtues of water.

This is the existential dilemma. At some level, everyone at one time or another needs to feel a "connection".We may deny it, but we want to relate to someone or something out there and we want the world, in one form or another,to relate to us.

You've mis-stated your conundrum... You don't (necessarily) crave 'human' contact, but you do, indeed, feel the need to be able to communicate, and exchange ideas, etc.

That can be done, without ever 'contacting' a human, in the physical sense.

My grandfather was interested in marketing 'instant water.' But, he couldn't discover a whetting agent....

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense.

I always thought I was weird for being happy when I was in a crowd. Still technically alone, not talking to anyone, but I was always happier alone in a crowd than alone by myself.

It's just a human thing.. Everyone needs human contact.
