How you ask? I cut out Fat, TransFat, and cut down on calories and Saturated Fat. Well, as much as I could, fat is unavoidable.
AND I did twist crunches and lacross crunches daily for a half hour. I'd lay on my living room floor and watch TV and during commercials I'd do crunches until the show came back on.
I'm already noticing a difference in my tummy.
Hells yeah! I plan on dropping another 5lbs by Friday.
