so yeah. i got some really nice champagne and chocolates from my love dove. and apparently the desert creatures decided to get me a present in the form of a scorpion sting.
yeah.. I got stung by the little f**ker on my foot. but luckily I have ogre/hobbit feet and the stinger didn't make it past the callus on my big toe. So. I decided to catch the bastard. little did he know that I eat bugs like him. well I have. during survival training, so I tortured his ass.

I didn't eat him but I now have a new pet/emergency food supply

It struck 3 times .
hit my toe nail that when I felt it looked down it hit the concrete and then the last time as I was picking my foot up it got me on the side of the big toe. where we usually have excess skin and it's pretty thick. ...

this kind of scorpion sting would only make me have a slight allergic reaction. it was too small and wouldn't cause much damage. if it had hit my foot in a soft spot I would have tenderness and swelling. but nothing too serious as it would have only stung in self defense.
