It's happened, some lady was gaining weight like crazy and they didn't know why until they put cameras in her house

Your body converts glycogen into glucose during sleep. Glycogen is stored in your liver from what you eat during the day. It's also an emergency source of sugar in case your blood sugar drops very quickly, to protect your body from extreme hypoglycemia. At night people routinely go into a fasting mode which carries you through the night, because your brain is using a lot of glucose, but since you're asleep you don't eat, so glycogen is converted to glucose during sleep to protect your brain function.

Been testing it, yep. Two and a half hours worth of push up plus more insulin seems to be working.

my hubby has diabetus and hes blood goes up or down when he sleeps but i can tell if hes havung a hyper or hypo and can insulin and sweet things if its to low,he has lernt that diabetus is/can be very serious,he banged his toe on the skirting board i bathed it and there was no break in his skin,a week later he droped from sort drink on his toe and his toe sort of exploded and me and my son smelt it so he went to hospital and his toe was gangerous,that was april the wound is left open,he had some trouble where he could have removed a quater of his foot but they treated it with maggots and it done the job,it has nearly healed a couple of more weeks and it will be completed. x
