Well, I'm realy hurting right now, due to a freind of mine, she knows who she is. Basicly I just want some advice on how to get over the pain that I feel, I'm just not in the mood to talkabout the whole thing, so if I could just get some advice...

...and for those of you who have already given me advice, thanks, your true freinds.

you will get over it we all think we never will but we do!

its happening now and with every second that passes, you will heal and be stronger for it, in fact i could not have wished you a better fate than to suffer, for you will be stronger and more powerful, yes you are 'sad' but you can choose not to overeact

sadness and disappointment, yes indeed, become familiar with them, learn to embrace such feelings, welcome them as guides and friends, soon you shall be their master, do not worry or be anxious about your sadness, let it pa** of its own accord, instead ask how you can be more kind and generous to your family and friends,
