Superior debut album rereleased for us brits
First of all id like to point out that the tracklist for the brits one is actually different and has more added on:

Now ive gotten that out the way, the only way to describe the album is as very amazing. From the beginning, an intro into the believer, its a slice of very nice emotive music, consistent in power and message, though it doesnt just stick to one sound throughout the album.

The difference between songs Lips like morphine and crazy angel are proof that a band can make grand emotive music without having to have only one trick. The lyrics really hit me to be great, not lyrical genious, just totally right with the music and in mo time i was demanding to learn the lyrics.

What puts this album beyong average or good and into superior great and above all the other bands in an alternative emo market is partly the great combination of lyrics to a nice slice of music, but mainly the way it invites you to sing along and be part of the song, i really felt like i could recognise with the songs and wanted to sing along, and thats what puts them up not with, but on the way to being near bands like jimmy eat world.

Favorite songs are Believer, the single Lips like morphine, Crazy Angel, The Collapse and Black Poison Blood, each showing a slightly different angle of the same band.

Overall then, its a mighty opener of emotive rock that combines good but not over complex music with grand hearful lyrics. Its got a good amount of sing alongs and is amazingly put together, all the songs have a quality that just makes you jump around and enjoy the cd to its full.

Id advise buying the album if your after a grand album of heartful music. If your a real anti-emo though, this c.d is not for you and youll get all upset and annoyed. But for anyone who is not a twat, buy this album, its the best ive bought this year so far.
