That's hard to say. Magic: the gathering hold international tournaments for big prizes now so probably Magic. It's been around since 1993 AFAIK.

Well, Magic: The Gathering seems to be mentioned the most on TFS, although, I'd never heared of it until joining TFS. Possibly Yu-Gi-OH?
