whats the fastest way to lose weight??

i know everyone will say exercise and a good diet, but to make that work faster isnt there some kind of pill or anything that can help??

please dont reply rude comments as thats not what im looking for but something to make me feel good about myself and my appearance..

Lipo is dangerous, so are pills. Walking and bike riding are best. Swmming often also, it helps you to lose weight, shape muscle and it's good cardio.

There are no shortcuts.

Eat less and exercise. It's the only way.

And, if you do it properly, it's really fast.

also i don't think you want to lose weight fast, in the long run anyway.

losing weight to fast can result in saggy skin, which is never a good thing

any tips on the foods i should be eating??

i try to exercise, but people make fun of me, so i kinda shut down and just feel depressed about it..

Keep track of every calorie you consume. Keep it around, oh, 1500-1900 per day. Eat whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies. Avoid bleached flour and anything with sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

And exercise.

I'd talk to a dietician. There's a proper diet for everybody. If that's too much trouble, just eat more greens, and try eating 4 or 5 small meals a day to regulate your metabolism.

eat well and lots of exercise,
if you can get the will power together to do it properly then you'll lose weight pretty fast.
its very hard to quit junk and high fat food cold turkey though.

if you really want it you just have to go for it, good luck.

She should really only be consuming 1000-1200 calories per day.

2 fruits per day is sufficient, they are loaded in sugars.

veggies.........as much as you want, no butter, use a substitute.

use low fat dressings for salads

2 slices of bread only per day

3 ounces fish, meat or chicken etc. (the size of a deck of cards)

you can really have anything, but in small amounts.

to be honest with u only eat when ur stumac rumbles and do the cross trainer in ur local gym for 15 mins take a 5 mins break, do it agen for 10 mins, take a 3 min break and do it agen for 5 mins, do this about 5 times a week
