There are two drugs available in most countries that would seem to work well - Viagra and Cialis. They may be marketed under different names in your country. Both have excellent clinical trials advocating their use. In some countries they can be expensive as they are classed as 'lifestyle drugs' - meaning your health won't improve by their use (debatable, since impotence causes depression in many males, but that's getting off track.)

There are plenty of medical sites on the net that will discuss latest advances and research but if you are looking for something now, the info there may be unhelpful to you. Many of these sites include a lot of medical mumbo jumbo for ongoing research on products that won't hit the market for a few years yet.

Your best place for advice is your local GP.
