im going to start swimming, i bought my cosi today, any tips for motivation and sticking to it? i am aiming to go mon, wed and fri mornings before uni...as we dont start till ten so theres plently of time where im usually doing nothing...

i guess just loving what u do is the best motivation... if u dont enjoy it, u'll end up losing motivation. From experience i realized if u over do things and let it become a form of hard work rather than enjoying it... u lose motivation really quick!!

I use swimming as a form of working out, especially in the summer months.

What makes it fun and easy for me is to go swimming when no one else is around because I get less distracted. I also put on some fun upbeat music to swim too, and then I warm up and swim my laps.
