Sure you would only waste it.

Why not take 17th March of and join in with the Saint Patrick's celebrations and just make it a bigger party?

Noone celebrates St Andrews day anyway. So many people round the world think their Irish, thats why St Patricks day is so popular.

Well half the Scots i know dont even know when St Andrews day is,so no you cant
Same as the English really loads of people dont know when St Georges day is but they still want it as a bank holiday

I knew when St. Andrew's Day was but only because I have a friend whos birthday is the same day.
