alot of stuff about really to keep trying to talk like infront of 2 people then trying 4 and about doing games with people to get me to talk to them but none of them really work that well

yea.....it won't either. at least it didn't for me!

i was advised to take public and interpersonal speech classes. it was a f**kin' nightmare! i think they made things worse.

i had a doctor tell me i had the same thing my senior year in high school. he called it something else at the time though..i think! usually it only affects kids when they're young and starting school for the first time. (like pre-school or kindergarten) for me, it carried on into the first year of college, then seemed to get better. i use to make other people i trusted do most of the talking for me. up until this day, i still have problems dealing with people in certain social situations, but i've found a way around it.
