xxsarxx![]() glos, United Kingdom | #1 ok im new to this so not quite sure where to start. ok this started on friday night where i woke up with cramps in the lower part of my legs, went out saturday night and whilst in club my legs completely siezed up. the pain went away after a short while so thought nothing more about it. woke up sunday morning and could not walk, i have tried ice, heat pads, muscle rub yet nothing had worked. i must admit i do not exercise as much as i should but i have never had this in my life, i was just wondering if anyone has had this or knows anything that i can do. As i said im new to this so hope everything is understandable. Thanks.

Some times I get lower leg cramps, ususally when I am excessively overtired. If you don't get enough sleep lactic acid build up in the muscle can cause cramping. To not be able to walk is very concerning indeed & something different again from the things I've mentioned. You need to see a GP ASAP on this one.

inspiring_life![]() singapore, Singapore | #5 hello there! I am a teacher of pre-school kids. As a matter of fact, I always feel leg cramps everyday! hehe..Too much standing and walking will cause pain. What I do is I massage my feet. Lately, I just bought leg massager. You may want to consider OSIM's uSqueez Warm. I find it very effective. I use this 15 minutes everyday. Now I feel much better and relax...try it or you may also for for a foot massage in a SPA weekly to have good blood circulation.
