at 14 i suggest you speak to your doctor about building body strength, you are not fully grown yet. If you dont wanna talk to your Doc then speak to your PE teacher at school about building muscle. Remember if you build up young, if you do not maintain you will get very fat! So please take professional advice.

If you want to get a stronger upper body, you need to lift weights.

I would suggest against any serious weight lifting considering that your bones are still developing at this point.

Talk to your doctor for a light routine, but at this age, genetics play a much larger part than anything else. Any weight lifting routine that would enable you to get stronger than the strong kids would be detrimental to your health.

"Passion threatens the complacent and fills them with fear. Fear of the new, the deep, and the different. We, on the other hand, seek it out. Endlessly, joyously... and aggressively."

There is nothing wrong with weight lifting for teens.

You will want to work our your entire body, expecially your mid-section, which will give you balance...essentially a strong core, or "truck" as a base for your arm wrestling.

Strength training is the practice of using free weights, weight machines, and rubber resistance bands to build muscles.

Strength training should not be confused with weight lifting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, which are not recommended for kids and teens.

Here is a useful website.

aside from that...talk to your dcotor and to a trainer at a gym.

you're a hypocriticizer too so stfu
