You will want to work our your entire body, expecially your mid-section, which will give you balance...essentially a strong core, or "truck" as a base for your arm wrestling.
Strength training is the practice of using free weights, weight machines, and rubber resistance bands to build muscles.
Strength training should not be confused with weight lifting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, which are not recommended for kids and teens.

aside from that...talk to your dcotor and to a trainer at a gym.
