has anyone tryed it? I exercise daily and im not seeing a diffrence so i thought maybe id go out and buy some of that and exercise at the same time. If anyones taken it and it actually makes a diffrence let me know.

There is no magic diet pill that will make you lose weight.

Exercise by itself won't do much. For effective weight loss, you need to do cardio workouts, strength training (yes, building muscle is necessary for losing fat), and eat fewer calories.

mmmmm, exersize and run and jog and do situps and pull ups and crunches and stuff like that and learn to fly a jet and lose 50 lbs in only $40,000

my mom lost 50 pounds in 6 months with this routine:

Breakfast:
Only fruit, the kind that takes more calories to digest than it gives you, like strawberries, pineapple, that kind of stuff. You can find a list of fruits with that property online with a search.

Walk 3 miles every morning after breakfast.

Eat regular meals the rest of the day, but lay off the soda and sugar and bready stuff.

Doing that starts off your day with a negative calorie balance, so she lost weight pretty quickly.

That's it. She went from 180 lbs to 130 just doing that.

Trust me Johnythan knows his stuff when it comes to losing weight, he's been working really hard himself and all the advice he gives is pretty much backed up by any fitness and nutrition site on the web.

As I have been overwieght before in my life I learned the hard way , diet pills don't work and if you do manage to pull the pounds off with the pills you will put it pluss additional pounds back on once you getoff the diet pills.

I spent a *lot* of time in the past two years studying nutrition and weight loss and body composition.

The single biggest mistake women make is neglecting strength training. If you weigh 180 and you jog and starve yourself down to 130, I can absolutely guarantee that you have lost a significant amount of muscle. You will have killed your metabolism because that muscle tissue is what *keeps* the fat off by using up tons of calories when it's not doing anything!

If your goal is to simply be "not fat," then fine, don't do any strength training... but the only thing you will accomplish is not being fat. You will have no muscle definition, no tone. You'll just be skinny.... but still flabby.

Muscle is the first thing to go when you lose weight without strength training.

Eat fewer calories (this one is tough - you *have* to keep track of how many calories go into your body to have a prayer here), do some cardio 2-3 times a week, and do a full-body weight routine 2-3 times a week and the fat will *melt* away faster than you can imagine. When you've lost enough fat, the muscle beneath the fat will begin to show through and you will have a very nice, toned body.

My daughter has lost several sizes and she has done it through strength training and pretty much reshaping her whole frame of mind when it comes to food. She looks great now and feels so much better.

My mom on the other hand had gastric by pa** surgery a couple of years ago, she's lost over 150 pounds and is skinny as a rail , yet when she wears figure clinging clothes she still looks fatty because of the rolls of skin that she was left with. I've seen her naked and it looks disgusting, I hate to say that but she has baggy skin hanging. Therefore my daughter looks much better with a toned body than my mom does with the hanging skin.

i dont have alot to loose.....im not a big girl! I just wanna loose a little bit. and why would i gain pounds after i stoped using the pills if i kept eating right and and doing things to keep the fat away?

because your body gets used to using the pills as part of the metabolic process. When you stop taking them, the body's own system is slower because of that dependence.

lili hit the nail on the head.

First of all, if you lose weight, you will lose muscle if you do not strength train. This will make your body's metabolism lower because muscle tissue is what uses the vast majority of your daily calories while resting.

Second of all, your body's metabolism will be artificially high due to the pills, assuming they work at all (which is unlikely). As soon as you get off them, your body will rebound and you will soon realize that your metabolism is significantly lower than when you started... this will make you regain the weight.

In the end, you will take off muscle and put on fat. Not a good idea.

If you're already exercising, just pick up a pair of 10lb dumbbells and do some basic exercises and eat a little bit less. It'll work, I promise
