how to handle worry

WORRY

Do you remember the last day that you had without worry? How did it feel? Children do not worry. Worry is something we learn, not something we our born to do. It is a habit and the more you worry the stronger that habit becomes. You can worry about anything, that is why the time spent worrying can grow until it consumes much of our days.
Worrying is a habit that serves no purpose. The bible clearly tells us not to worry. Worry causes anxiety, and anxiety is the root cause of all illness. How many times have you heard the phrase, “ don’t worry” or have said it to others. Very good advice when our you going to take it? Just imagine what kind of life you could have without worry, and what kind of life your children could have if they never developed this habit.
Breaking a habit.
Step No.1: Make It Conscious.
Put your attention on when you're behaving out of habit.
Step No. 2: Put It in Writing So It Really Sinks In.
Write yourself about the habit and why you need to change it.
Step No. 3: Bait and Switch.
When you find yourself acting by habit do something else instead that you know will give you positive results.
