I have a bad back and it lets me know whenever there is a change in the weather. Fortunatley It hasnt incapacitated me for very long. Its interesting how one learns to nurse themselves... I can shovel as hard as I want but for no more than fifteen minutes...I have had one shot of cortizone back in 1985 and none since.
