how do i post pictures into the forums???

Get the image url and put it in between img tags like this -

Just remove the spaces between the brackets and the words img.

where do i get he url from??

You will first have to upload the pic to a picture hosting site, such as imageshack or soemthing, and then the site should give you the url for the image

yep, right click on any picture online, even in your profile and choose 'properties',
copy and paste what comes after 'location:' and that's your URL
