i get this error when i try to play the game
the demo worked

Kernel32.dll is one of the most critical core Windows libraries. There are tons of different versions, and they have to be signed by Microsoft. You can't just download a kernel32.dll.

What kinda graphics card do you have?

Are you using a downloaded version of the game, or a retail copy?

its a retail copy
and its a nvidia 8800gts
