ok so its summer I have plebty of time off before I go back to school, however when I get back I want to be transformed, I want to be skinny and just generally better and healthier looking,
now I already eat reasonably healthy.
now Christmas has put a dint in these plans but Christmas is over so its back to a diet and exercise. What forms of exercise do you do? I mainly want to focus on my legs and stomach.
I do the usual walking, aerobics, and I do yoga for fun but i need more suggestions!!!!
I want to get down to 50 kilos so I need to loose 7, I don't think it will be too hard.
