hi all, i've just joined and am looking forward to being part of a friendly site. i.ve been told evening primrose oil is a great help for excema and i wondered if anyone had taken it for this and how much should i take? any advice would be great thanks helen.

I heard it is good for eczema but i wouldnt know the dosage. It would be worth discussing it with your Pharmacist.

Just yesserday a friend told me about Evening Primrose Oil. She said it is good for hot flashes. You can get it from your local drugstore or health food store.

I don't know if it helps with eczema has I don't have it, but I have noticed that since I have started taking it, my skin has been a lot less dry so I guess it does benefit skin in some way. Wouldn't hurt to try and find out for yourself as what works for some people may not work for others.
