hi all, i've just joined and am looking forward to being part of a friendly site. i.ve been told evening primrose oil is a great help for excema and i wondered if anyone had taken it for this and how much should i take? any advice would be great thanks helen.

I heard it is good for eczema but i wouldnt know the dosage. It would be worth discussing it with your Pharmacist.

Just yesserday a friend told me about Evening Primrose Oil. She said it is good for hot flashes. You can get it from your local drugstore or health food store.
