I can't really be sure, like the examples you showed, some people don't think so, others do. I think it is, the Constitution is for America like I said, and if you're black, white, hispanic or whatever, I think the Constitution applies to everyone, in theory and in practice.

You are not alone in the prejudicial treatments of other's no matter what the Constitutions states, there is racism and prejudices everywhere and for almost anything in this day and age,smoking,being overweight, being too thin, being poor, being too rich, the list is endless and racisms and prejudices shall never go away quite the opposite it seems to be mutating at a very fast pace and affects every aspect of one's way of life or appearance. Sad but true, ironic that all those years ago when these issues were debated and found some common ground, that we have only moved backwards rather than forward in the ways we think, tolerance is but a word in the dictionary, and only used as a false shield by people when it is beneficial to their own ends.
