so i just read up on this new diet, but i REALLY dont want to pay a crap ton of money just for someone to tell me what to eat.

has anyone ever done this, or had a few good meal plans that are EASY for someone working all the time?

responses are appreciated.
thx!

the best diet is one coupled with some type of cardio or weight training. i tend to eat at least six small meals a day (i am a vegetarian) with at least 8 glasses of filtered water. then i will spend an hour in the gym four days a week (workouts consist of a 10 minute cardio to start then a 50 minute rigorous weight training regimen with only 20 second breaks in between sets).
Keep your carbohydrate intake at a minimum if you do not workout as a body will turn this sugar into fat if not burned off.
