That dress is beautiful! If you know of a local seamstress, they can insert a built-in bra, with pads and elastic, directly to the dress. I'm not sure about the under wire though. Might be worth a try.

I saw a convertible bra that might work, but I can't remember where, I'm pretty sure it was a USA site, but I'll look again and post if I find it.
