everytime i drink i can't go to sleep it keeps me awake all night, any one else have this problem?

Your solution would be don't drink alcohol

and alcohol is a depressant it makes things go slow

when i drink i fall asleep but wake up like 5-7 times a night cause im sooo thirsty! maybe you should smoke a joint before! that usually helps me out!! good luck!
