There's also anime episodes
aired in Japan i think, but if you look on limewire or utorrent you can get translater to english episodes

yes its an anime. parts of it are kinda dirty but not quite at a hentai level just little stuff. Its pretty good but kind of confusing and short

the main character is Chii. she is a persocom(humanoid computer not a robot she has feelings to)

chobits is so cool she rocks and Hideki likes her because she is so cute and adorable.

Hideki want a persocom ever since he arrived at the village luckily he found Chii on the garbage.

I LOVE chobits!! Kinda kinky (especially when hideki first finds her.....) but its cute. The manga exactly follows the anime, so either or is fine.

It's decent, I can't say much more for it... :/

It was extremely popular with the english dubbed anime boom back in 2003, I guess it's good if your japanese vocabulary is low.

Also, I never understood why they called the characters persocoms. Persocom is the result of the japanese trying to create a new word from personal computer, much like the word hikikomori.
