Chocolate Wine

1 bottle Zinfandel wine
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1-ounce quality milk chocolate, finely chopped
Cocoa powder, to garnish


In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat boil the wine until reduced by half.
Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil. Place the chocolate in a small mixing bowl and pour the reduced wine over the top and whisk making sure all of the chocolate is melted. Pour half of the hot milk into the chocolate mixture and whisk to blend.

With the remaining milk, froth with a hand blender or a milk frother.

Pour the chocolate wine mixture into small cups and spoon some of the milk froth over the top, garnish with cocoa powder and serve hot.

* INGREDIENTS:

- Bacardi Vanilla Rum.

- Root Beer.


* 1 Drink Quantity:


- 1 part Bacardi Vanilla Rum.

- 2 parts Root Beer.


* BLENDING:


- Combine and mix togeter the rum and root beer.


* SERVING GLASS: Beer Mug.

* INGREDIENTS:

- Blackcurrant squash

- Strongbow Cider

- Carling Lager


* 1 Drink Quantity:


- Add the Blackcurrant Squash (undiluted)into the pint glass, usually 1-2 centimeters up.

- Then fill it up to the 2/3 mark with cider, and fill completely with Carling Larger.


* Serving Glass: Pint Glass



(2)- Aftershock Surprise:


* INGREDIENTS:

- Aftershock Hot & Cool Cinnamon Schnapps.

- Sambuca.

- Carisberg Export Lager.



* 1 Drink Quantity:


- 1 1/2 oz. Aftershock Hot & Cool Cinnamon SchnApps.

- 1 1/2 oz. Sambuca.

- 4/5 pint of Carisberg Export Lager.


* BLENDING:


- Add Aftershock and Sambuca to a pint gla** almost filled with Carisberg, and serve.



(3)- Jackson 5:


* INGREDIENTS:


- Rum.

- Vodka.

- Sour Mix.

- Cranberry Juice.


* 1 Drink Quantity:

- 1 shot Rum.

- 1 shot Vodka.

- 1 shot Amaretto.

- 1 dash Sour Mix.

- Cranberry Juice.


* BLENDING INSTRUCTIONS:


- Mix the shots of Rum, Vodka, Amaretto over ice, add a dash of Sour Mix, then fill the rest with Cranberry Juice.


* SERVING GLASS: Beer Mug.



(4)- Yukon Cornelius.


* INGREDIENTS:


- Yukon Jack.

- Goldschlager.


* 1 Drink Quantity:

- 2 oz. Yukon Jack.

- 1/4 oz. Goldschlager.

* BLENDING:

- In a shot gla** pour the Yukon Jack to just below the rim.

- Add Goldschlager, filling the gla** to full.


* SERVING GLASS: Highball Glass.



(5)- Boehemian Bad Ass:

* INGREDIENTS:

- Bailey's Irish Cream.

- Whiskey.

- Beer.


* 1 Drink Quantity:

- 3 oz. Bailey's Irish Crream.

- 1 oz. Whiskey.

- 2 oz. Beer.

* BLENDING:

- Pour the Bailey's Irish Cream, Whiskey and Beer over ice cubes in a Collins Glass.

- Stir well, and serve.

* SERVING GLASS: Beer Mug.
