Personally I think that its way better to have english subs because the way that the English voice actors butcher the anime by trying to speak English in a Japanese way is horrid. Not only that, everything just sounds way cooler when it's in Japanese. Can you imagine saying something like "Moon Crystal Power Make Up" with a straight face? Thought so.

All my manga movies are dumbed i mean dubbed.. except for akira, that is from japan my mate got me that..

I'd normally say subtitles, but I can't imagine it would matter for a cartoon. It surely wouldn't look as stupid as it does when films with actors is dubbed would it?

Subtitles, dubbing has a tendancy to look out of sync and ridiculous.

I watched Recess in French and yeah it does look pretty stupid.
