Just seen this on the news, this is the first link i found. . .

The MacBook Air is an ultra-thin mini-notebook with a multi-touch trackpad and an 80GB hard drive.

Instead of opting for more expensive flash storage, Apple squeezed a 1.8" hard drive and 60 per cent smaller Intel chip into the 0.76"-thick MacBook Air frame, making it possible to fit the whole machine inside an A4 envelope.

The notebook's lack of a disc drive is compensated by its wireless capabilities, with users able to stream CDs and DVDs from another Mac and also perform live backups to the Time Capsule, Apple's new wireless hard drive.

No optical drive.
Non-replaceable battery.
Slow hard drive.

Sexy as hell.. but expensive. They'll sell a bunch, but not that many.

It's pretty. But I think that's all there is to it.

What is amazing about the thing is that Intel managed to shrink the C2D.

The rest of it... it's just pretty.
