I work with a lot of powerful women, but they seem to spend the entire time fighting amongst themselves, only to be overtaken by less knowledgable, less competent males. It's crazy!

I agree when I've worked in places where it was predominantly women you could the atmosphere with a knife. They are jealous and bitchy.

where i come from, they got a couple of women drivers on the buses, hell when my auntie was moving to her new house a couple months back, there was a lady builder on the site, iv never seen that before, but then times are a changing
