'Urea' is a compound that makes the urine go yellow, more yellow depending on the concentrate of water that dilutes it...

Why is it there? Is Urea a compound simply made of all different waste products? or does urea come with waste products already in the urine such as un-used vitamins etc?

Im against spoon feeding people information. If you find it out for yourself you will learn the alot more than people handing you the answer. Just think of all the stuff you have had to sift through to date? alot of "new" knowledge.. which like you said "knowledge is power"...

You dont learn from the answer... you learn from the journey to the answer...

a logical approach... hmm, You do learn from the answer alone as its the current relivant information i require for my curiosity... although the amount of information i may recieve when finding it is alot yes...

I just thaught if there was a tfs'er that knew this information just in their head they could drop a few words... i am researching now.

answers will be on this forum soon for those curious 2 what it may be too 8)

I'd guess it's a compound made of all different waste products..
natures way of guaranteeing the proper functioning of the body..
I'd guess that diabetics don't produce this naturally, and thus why they have to get dialysis?
Just a guess..could be wrong.

As far as I know, urea contains dead blood cells, ions, waste vitamins, and other substances, which somehow gives it its colour. Similarly, pus is a yellow-white colour, because it's full of dead cells (mainly white blood cells). That's my best guess, anyway. It's obvious why you would pass that sort of stuff out in your urine.
