Do you want to talk about averages across races, or do you want to talk about abilities or characteristics that are determined by race?
If we take the average running speed of all black people on earth and compare it with the average running speed of all white people on earth you would of course expect a difference. But to say that black people are faster because they're black or to believe that an individual is faster because he is black or even to say that black people make better athletes because they're black is flat out racism.
If black people make better athletes, or black people are simply more athletically gifted, why are so many Olympic gold medalists and pro sports MVPs not black? The answer is because black people aren't inherently superior athletes. If black people are just "faster" than people of other races, why don't they win all of the Olympic sprinting competitions? If they're better athletes, why don't they win all of the Olympic decathlon and swimming competitions?

There's really nothing wrong with being racist anyway as long as no action is taken to do harm.
How can you expect everyone to like everyone? It's just not possible.
I'm a white, 4th generation, Christian woman and I've been discriminated against many times; because I am white, a woman, had children, am short, smoker, so what? If someone doesn't like me someone else will.
All races need to develop a thicker skin, a sense of humour, use their common sense and get on with being the best they can be regardless of what others think of them.
