Which programs will McCain's across-the-board cuts -cut?

This plan of his has me concerned.

Will it effect subsidized housing and make people homeless?
Will it effect medi-care?
Will it effect FEMA or other emergency services?
Will it come out of education funds? No more grants or loans?

While people pay more and more taxes, "budget cuts" that will effect them directly -- seem to be on the horizon if McCain is elected.
