To learn french or to learn spanish?

According to a friend of mine, Spanish

(She's very good at French and tried to learn Spanish but found it really hard and just couldn't get it)

Not much difference in most european languages if you ask me.

French!!!!
I've never tried to learn Spanish but French is hard I get so confussed when it comes to etre, avoir and past tense!!! and when you have to allied I'm always like...D'accord and go along with it, lol

I heard French was harder from a friend who took both.. Spanish is pretty easy once you get the hang of it, I could know a lot of Spanish but that's what you get for not giving any effort and paying no attention..

Depends on which you learn first.
The first one will seem harder.
I'd say they're both the same.
English is so easy it makes anything new seem hard.

Although i have noticed it's easy to forget spanish when you no longer speak it, it's been close to three years since i left Puerto Rico and i'm forgetting everything
