Once they start shovelling the sod into your grave, you might as well just give it up...

Do not look at this as a negative time of life but a positive one. Think about not just looking for another job. But Job is not the only word to think of, Try self-employment. It might surprise you by working for yourself. Good Luck........

Personally, I don't think you're ever too old to start a new career. You only live once and should make the most out of every day that you are here.

I am 68 and still changing from time to time. find your passion and what motivates you and go for it
My best motivation is compentent so would a employer want me? I would think so. I also have economical, takes charge and born to lead so they could take my doing a good job for them to the bank. what are your motivations?

I love Ann Landers response to a gal considering entering medical school. She thought she was too old. Ann said "How old will you be if you don't enter med school?". We grow older day by day no matter what we do or don't do, so go for it! bybee

I don't think there is a limit personally. If it is something you believe in and really want to do then go for it!

I think 237 is a good age to retire.

@Falsifying Said

I think 237 is a good age to retire.

Given the choice 23.7 is better though!
