When is it too old to start a new career?

If you like the change or like what you will do very much ,then you should do it.
You will pay many attention as you can and bare lots of hards, you will enjoy the change of life.

Do not look at this as a negative time of life but a positive one. Think about not just looking for another job. But Job is not the only word to think of, Try self-employment. It might surprise you by working for yourself. Good Luck........

Personally, I don't think you're ever too old to start a new career. You only live once and should make the most out of every day that you are here.

I am 68 and still changing from time to time. find your passion and what motivates you and go for it
My best motivation is compentent so would a employer want me? I would think so. I also have economical, takes charge and born to lead so they could take my doing a good job for them to the bank. what are your motivations?

I don't think there is a limit personally. If it is something you believe in and really want to do then go for it!

I think 237 is a good age to retire.
