I'll give you a few but which would be best.

Running, Swimming, Biking, jumping jacks...

I need to find the one with best performance. What I like to do is go biking but does it only work on the legs? Are you able to lose body fat by pedaling fast?

"best type of exercise" is dependant on many factors. What is your goal? Weight loss, muscle definition, muscle building, cardiovascular, etc....? Do you have any health problems? Excessively overweight, bad joints, asthma, etc...?

If you want anything like good advice, these things need to be taken into account.

Your best bet, though, is to talk to your GP and a personal trainer.

i find the best exercise to be unintentional and something i have to do as part of my job. I walk all over the place, upstairs somedays three flights over twenty times...its great...who needs to work out with a job like that?

yeah I have a job like that but I dont always eat the right food so I need to do somethin extra after work..

anything cardio. the most awesome and inexpensive activity for heart health and stamina is jumping rope. Time yourself and see how long you can last.
