First of all, what would you say if I told you that last month, my friend, a sixty year old man, bought himself a remote control helicopter, no bigger than a ruler, from Ebay, for $20?

I would ask you if you think it matters and then ask why

Well, he says he bought it to give his cat something to chase, but the contraption has thus far done nothing but make the cat run away.

I get the impression that this helicopter was more for my friend, as if it were something he always wanted when he was younger, but could not afford.

I would say that is nice for him.

So what is the problem? why did you feel the need to put that question to us?
