I just recently got a call from my dr with my blood work results and i need to start exercising 30 min a day, a good cardio exercise. does anyone have suggestions for fun workouts thats not just walking on a treadmill or walking around outside?

Get some dance work out dvds!
Sounds totally silly but I love doing them and you don't notice as much how much your working out.
You're concentrating on doing the moves more than thinking about what you'd rather be doing.
It works for me.

Dance workouts i have a couple they are brill and last an hour they work on everything and you know it works.
