E: I do not believe that Jews are a race. They are an ethnic group. Main stream science at the time of the Nazis divided humanity into three main groups. Whites (Caucasians) from Europe were considered the most highly evolved, Mongoloids from Asia were in second place, and blacks from Sub-Sahara Africa were considered least evolved. Eugenics, a Pseudo-science at the time, that was not based on any actual facts reasoned that most of the world had been colonized by whites, so the whites must be superior. One of the Nazi motives was to preserve the favored race (Whites) by elimination of less evolved races. Vengeance was also a motive. The Germans believed that a major factor in their loss in World War I and their current problems were the Jews.

This is after about 8 weeks. Up to 8 weeks we have a potential human. How late in a pregnancy can an abortion be legally preformed?
