Men go through them too dear, when they get painful diarrhea and they cramp up. We just endure it every month. Does it suck? Yes it does, but I would rather bleed monthly than to get hard-ons that I can't control

hot flashes

irritable
can't sleep

acne has come back.....again! hormones a changing!
fatigue
mood swings
tiredness
facial hair
mood swings
little or no patience
mood swings
intolerable

Mine went away after I had Little Goose...praise be! But before I was on prescription medication for the pain, nausea, blinding headaches and back aches....labor was the best thing that happened to me, lol
