If it sounds good; also, I have to be in the mood to read...but when Iam, I can curl up for hours with a good book!

Whether I'm interested in the story, or the style of writing. Or when I'm in the mood to get away, to escape; I can get so inot a book, it's like I'm in the story, sitting there watching it happen around me. A good book is not simply a few hours of reading, it's an experience.

I read to relax, take a journey, book done, end of trip.
Time to go 'back home' - to daily drama that surrounds us.

I have a confession to make: I have to read all day to finish a book and sometimes longer. I reread each sentence to make sure I haven't missed anything.

This is off-topic but being able to read is a wonderful thing. I'm glad I have my eyesight.

I open a new book and start reading, if I like what I read, I just keep reading, until I am too tired, or finish the book. I know within the first 10 pages whether I am going to enjoy it or not.

usually it's the subject matter. Biograpgies are my fave books to read so if it is someone I find interesting then yes, i would devote time to sit down and read.
