Ok I heard this song on the radio twice, and I have no clue who it is, or the name of the song :/ I've tried various searches on google/yahoo with snippets of the lyrics and nothing has turned up.

The song sounds like techno mixed with industrial. The guy kinda whisper talks/screams. It is hard to describe. The sound is a bit like the mid/late 90's Nine Inch Nails.

I only know a few lyrics of the song i neeeeed to find.
Its a 70s song i think, kind of slow 4 4 rocky song.
