I have always wondered about other people's opinions for the most effective way to lose weight?

What is yours?

Ha.

The dental diet. Eat for the health of my teeth, gums and bones. I've lost three clothing sizes since March of 2015.

And if I do it right, the bonus is I might get to keep my teeth for an undetermined period of time.

Cut off protruding limbs until you're at your desired weight.

I lost 20 pounds in five seconds! And I never felt hungry!

I found that the best way for me to loss weight. is if I am not hungry , don't eat anything. or have something that is full, not too much of it.

just eat half what you normally would eat. have a big plate of something, not get second.

that seem to work for me.

Don't eat, or eat less carbohydrates.

A case of the flu, or other illness has worked for me in the past.

I once had a gyro from a street vendor one late Saturday night after "a bit" of bar hopping. Boy did the weight pour off of me the next day or so. And I had little desire to put it back on!

Not having goodies in the house at night is a big part of how I lose weight.

And if I do have to eat goodies, I do so during the early afternoon, not at night, as eating junk food after supper is where and when I gain the weight.

And what do you eat to promote teeth, gum, and bone health? Also, what do you avoid? (Congrats on the weight loss. ^^ - that is, if, that is what you were striving for)

Or use a medium sized plate and fill it up. It will trick your brain into thinking there is more on the plate than there actually is, but there won't be. It will only look there is. It works. ^^

Milk. Cheese. Make sure to get 100% of RDA for calcium.

Broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, blackberries, blueberries. All good for bones.

Lean meats - chicken, fish etc. Low inflammation. Inflammation = bad for gums.

Nuts. Good source of magnesium. Also good for bone health.

Low sugar. No alcohol.
